Appointment Cancellation Policy
It is our desire to provide you with the best possible care and attention that we are able to offer. For this reason, we do not double book our appointments the way some offices are known to do. Our office policy was designed to help our patients and staff maintain a tight and efficent schedule in providing the best care possible.
Baker Chiropractic kindly asks that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel /change your scheduled appointment time. Due to the time involved in administering a colonic, and/ or starting a Hyper Baric Oxygen Treatment, you will be phoned the previous day to confirm your appointment. This 24 hour notice allows us to offer that time to another patient. If we do not receive sufficent notice or you do not show for that appointment, you will be charged the full fee for that treatment. We appreciate your understanding.
I understand that I am asked to provide 24 hours notice if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment, and that I may be charged the full fee for treatment scheduled, if I do not give sufficent notice. Health is my responsibilty.
